You want the answers to get to that next level without expert help?
The first step is to stop looking for them in podcasts, books, free downloads! After a while, all of these things are telling you the same thing. And cause you to churn ideas, worry, and doubt in your head.
The answer is to start talking…
〰️ even if you don’t know how to be vulnerable.
〰️ even if you’re scared to admit you can’t figure this out for yourself.
〰️ even if you can do this for others … it’s different doing it for yourself.
〰️ even if you mapped out a plan … it’s good to get someone else’s perspective … even if they validate what you have.
〰️ even if you aren’t even sure what you need to talk about.
Opening yourself up to others to help, coach, and guide you provides you with other ideas, new options, insight into how to overcome your own blocks, and connection! This leads to the second step-These conversations are going to point back to hiring people that do know how to help you achieve your vision.
You don’t know how to…
- Launch? Hire a launch expert!
- Grow your email list? Hire a marketing strategist.
- Set up your admin systems? Hire a specialty VA or an OBM.
- How to write copy for your site, your blog, your emails? Hire a copywriter.
- How to create captivating graphics? Hire a graphic designer.
- How to build your Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn following? Hire a social media manager or strategist.
- How to connect to your audience? Hire a brand strategist.
- Have the confidence or mindset to do any of this? Hire a coach.
- How to convert sales? Hire a funnel expert.
There’s a lot of ways to start having these conversations around boosting yourself to the next level as well as hiring an expert to do so.
Here are some easy tips to help get you started:
- Join a mastermind or group program: Share when it’s your turn to talk, ask all of your questions, and support others in the group.
- Go to a workshop, retreat or conference: Do all of the social things that enable deeper connection while you’re there. You can sleep when you get home!
- Network live locally: This is a great place to start because the cost to be there is usually low or even free. Be open to dropping into conversations with lots of different groups.
- Check-in with your “biz besties” on the regular: That’s what they’re there for! To support, listen, push, and love. You will find at least one of these besties if you do the other things in this list…. be patient… it takes time to develop these types of relationships.
- Hire a coach: Aka me, that has a process for helping you get past all of your “even ifs” and is flexible enough to have all kinds of conversations from mindset to strategy to tactics.
Another video, blog, or info course isn’t going to move the needle. Have those needed conversations with your community and spend your hard-earned money on people that are experts. I promise you that they will be the difference in your right now and your future success.
